




Position Summary: Le Cordon Bleu is seeking an Academic Assistant to manage documentation, support students, and assist in organizing academic events within the fields of gastronomy and hospitality. Attend to students and parents of the Institution or liaise with program coordinators. Organize the syllabus archive for all courses offered by the Institution. Manage the appointment and activity schedule for each program coordinator. Support the organization of academic events led by program coordinators and the Institution overall. Continuously update the telephone directory of public and private institutions with which the programs interact. Maintain an updated archive of study plans, program contents, academic calendars, and program fees. Maintain an updated archive of schedules for other events: uniform distribution, survey timelines, etc. Report incidents or student actions requiring attention or disciplinary measures to program coordinators and/or the Academic Director. Monitor daily attendance records, including entry and exit times, in faculty teaching load attendance logs. Maintain a comprehensive directory of all Institution faculty members. Other duties as assigned by the Academic Director or program coordinators.
