




* Design the policies and procedures to be followed in recruitment, selection, training, development, promotion, and separation, to ensure personnel alignment with the company. * Develop and implement an appropriate performance management system that enables staff competency development. * Participate in defining and strengthening organizational culture by controlling internal communications and facilitating the creation of values. * Coordinate and supervise labor relations on behalf of the company. * Supervise personnel administration. * Develop job profiles and MOF. * Prepare biweekly and monthly payroll. * Prepare employee benefits. * Other functions inherent to the role of human resources manager.
