A company specialized in Fire Protection Systems is looking for a **MALE MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING WORKER** for Surco. **Requirements:** Ø Completed secondary education. Ø Experience in office cleaning (bathrooms, floors, furniture, windows, kitchen). Ø Knowledge of cleaning equipment and various cleaning products. Ø Availability to work in Surco Monterrico (reference: Ricardo Palma University), Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Ø Must live near Surco. **Responsibilities:** Ø Daily cleaning of office spaces, common areas, restrooms. Ø Carry out the office cleaning and maintenance schedule. Ø Constantly monitor and ensure order within the facilities. Ø Keep track of cleaning supplies required. Ø Restock hygiene supplies such as toilet paper, liquid soap, etc., in assigned areas. Ø Report on the condition of equipment, furniture, appliances, and forgotten items. Ø Comply with the Internal Work Regulations.
