Be part of a company in the construction and structural engineering sector. **WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR** **MC METCO S.A.C.**, a company dedicated to the construction and metal structures sector, is seeking a **Warehouse Coordinator** to join our team. * Work Location: Ancón, Lima** \- **JOB OBJECTIVE** Plan, coordinate, and control central warehouse and site warehouse management, ensuring proper receipt, storage, custody, distribution, and control of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies for our projects. \- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and supervise central warehouse and site warehouse operations. * Supervise receipt, storage, dispatch, and return of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. * Control and maintain up-to-date physical and system-recorded inventory. * Plan and execute physical and cycle inventories. * Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement and Project departments to ensure timely supply. * Control losses, deterioration, surpluses, and slow-moving materials. * Standardize warehouse management processes, formats, and controls. * Supervise and guide warehouse staff. * Develop and analyze management indicators. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including **5S and digital tools**. **\- REQUIREMENTS** * **Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.** * **Intermediate English proficiency.** * **Advanced Microsoft 365 skills.** * Advanced knowledge of **warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution**. * Familiarity with **ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS)**. * Knowledge of **Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies**. \- **EXPERIENCE** * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in similar roles. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in relevant industrial sectors, such as **mining, construction, hydrocarbons, among others**. \- **COMPETENCIES** * Results-oriented. * Proactive and initiative-driven. * Effective communication. * Analytical ability. * Teamwork. * Crisis management and ability to work under pressure. * Service orientation.
