HPD CONTRATISTAS GENERALES SAC, engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of tempered glass, insulated glass, aluminum carpentry, accessories, and other related products, is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **Position: Maintenance Mechanical Technical Assistant** **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge or familiarity with plant machinery and machine tools, such as winches, compressors, transformers, furnaces, electric motors, hydraulic units, and pneumatic units. * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in maintenance mechanics. * Minimum two (2) years of experience in industrial plants. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work at the industrial plant in Chilca (Km. 64, Panamericana Sur). * Preference for candidates residing in areas near the southern cone or Chilca. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in collecting technical information for updating industrial equipment maintenance plans. * Assist in updating critical spare parts inventories for industrial machines on-site. * Assist in tracking the supply of spare parts for industrial equipment on-site. * Assemble and disassemble equipment as required. * Verify and perform commissioning and maintenance of equipment. * Repair or replace defective components or parts of machines and equipment. * Identify objectives and scope of maintenance programs. * Carry out calibration and repair activities for machinery used in various glass and aluminum carpentry processes. * Maintain equipment and workplace in order, reporting any anomalies. * Perform other duties assigned by management. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * ESSALUD health insurance and pension system coverage. * Overtime pay. * On-site meal service. * Bonus payments (gratification). * Profit-sharing. * Staff transportation between LIMA–CHILCA.
