**Requirements** * Licensed Medical Surgeon. * Valid Professional License. * Diploma, specialization, or courses in **Occupational Health** (desirable). * Knowledge of current Peruvian regulations on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Basic proficiency in digital tools (Drive, report writing). **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct baseline diagnostics of the Occupational Health Management System. * Carry out monthly inspections of workstations. * Design, implement, and evaluate the Annual Occupational Health Plan. * Schedule, supervise, and communicate the status of Occupational Medical Examinations (OME). * Provide medical follow-up to employees with abnormal test results or extended leave. * Respond to and advise on urgent and emergency situations. * Deliver training sessions and prevention campaigns on occupational health. * Prepare monthly reports addressed to the Safety Department.
