IT infrastructure and digital asset administration **Systems and IT Assistant** **RESPONSIBILITIES** Software Maintenance: Support the full lifecycle of internal application development, from requirements gathering to deployment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the source code of existing company tools. Collaborate on system integration and process automation using scripts and APIs. Technical Support and Data Management: Support database administration, ensuring data integrity and availability. Execute custom queries and generate tailored reports for various organizational departments. Infrastructure and Asset Management: Oversee the efficient receipt, custody, and distribution of technological equipment. Maintain up-to-date records to track software licenses and digital assets inventory. Configure workstations and ensure proper operation of the local network. Execute and verify backups according to the organization's information security policies. Manage user access to company platforms and shared resources. **REQUIREMENTS** Academic Qualifications: Graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Required Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or programming roles.
