Positive work environment in a stable industry **SALMON CORP.**, a leading company in the printing of security documents, is looking for (1) **Security Guard** committed to safeguarding our facilities in **North Lima**: **Responsibilities:** * Possess basic security training and prior experience in surveillance, access control, inspection patrols, and monitoring of security systems. * Communicate effectively and concisely with colleagues, supervisors, and the public. * Demonstrate strong observation skills to detect irregularities and pay close attention to details. * Operate security systems, including video surveillance cameras and alarm systems. * Act with honesty, follow protocols, and maintain discipline. * Comply with policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System – IMS; report non-conformities and incidents related to quality management and security document printing processes affecting the organization; and contribute to the continuous improvement of the system. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in an industrial plant. * Good physical condition. * Responsibility, integrity, and excellent references. **We Offer:** * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system. * Day shift (morning). * Positive work environment in a stable industry.
