Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Support Technician to join a dynamic team, performing installations, maintenance, and reconfiguration of POS terminals at commercial establishments and financial centers. What will be your responsibilities? - Visit commercial establishments and financial centers. - Install and remove POS terminals. - Diagnose issues and determine appropriate corrective actions. - Replace POS terminal accessories. - Reconfigure POS terminals and replace them in case of failure. - Report completed tasks online via the mobile device management application. - Manage inventory stock and apply FIFO principles. - Monitor SLA compliance for scheduled service visits. - Comply with the company’s Occupational Health and Safety regulations, in accordance with current legislation. What are the minimum requirements? - Technical education in Computing, Informatics, Electronics, Networking, Telecommunications, or related fields. - Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in technical support, on-site service, equipment maintenance, or installation. - Flexible availability and willingness to travel. - Professional appearance. - Basic Microsoft Office skills and general internet proficiency. - Familiarity with the city. - Travel to nearby areas — transportation and meals covered. - Customer service orientation. - Ability to learn quickly.
