Install and remove POS terminals. Diagnose issues and determine appropriate actions. Replace POS accessories. Reconfigure POS terminals and replace them in case of failure. Report completed tasks online via the mobile device management application. Inventory control and FIFO handling. SLA compliance for service requests. Technical studies in Computing, Information Technology, Electronics, Networks, Telecommunications, or related fields.
