At **Copperfield**, a leading polymetallic plant in the industry, we are seeking a professional to fill this position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduated technical specialist or university bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, Plant Operations, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Basic knowledge of Office software and plant control systems. * Availability for 14x7 work schedule. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare daily reports on grades and metallurgical tests. * Coordinate the formation and feeding of blended ore to the plant. * Manage the supply of materials, tools, and other resources to ensure efficient execution of mineral reception and crushing operations. * Supervise the reception and unloading of ore, ensuring proper use of storage areas, hoppers, and stockpiles, preventing mix-ups or contamination. * Ensure representative sampling and accurate recording of operational data (tonnage, origin, ore type). * Coordinate activities to maintain proper flow, sequence, and feeding of ore according to the production plan. * Ensure safety and environmental protection by enforcing PPE usage, reporting hazards, and implementing preventive and corrective actions. **WORK LOCATION: BARRANCA, PARAMONGA.** **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY REQUIRED** Job type: Full-time Application questions: * Do you have immediate availability? * Do you consider poor or nearly non-existent signal a problem? * What is your salary expectation?
