




**Requirements**: * Professional in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields. * Knowledge in mechanical maintenance of machinery, preferably in paper companies or, otherwise, in industrial companies. Experience in preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance management. Diagnosis of mechanical failures, development of technical procedures, reading and interpretation of blueprints, mechanical parts design, spare parts analysis and continuous improvement. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams in mechanical maintenance within industrial plants. * Intermediate Office skills. * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. **Responsibilities**: * Monitor the execution of the daily mechanical maintenance plan. * Provide technical support to mechanical technicians. * Supervise compliance with procedures, manuals, blueprints, instructions and technical documentation. * Develop and update written maintenance procedures, technical standards and intervention protocols. * Create technical drawings of parts, components and mechanical spare parts requiring fabrication or replacement. * Manage requests for spare parts, materials and required services. * Generate weekly technical reports on activity completion, deviations and field findings. **Working Conditions**: * Market-competitive salary (formal employment from day one with all statutory benefits). * Career advancement opportunities. * Formal employment from the first day. * Health insurance. * CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios). * Bonuses in July and December. * Eligibility for family allowance (if applicable). * Paid vacations.
