A prestigious service company is looking for the best talent to fill the position of **IT Technical Support Specialist (Networks \& Servers)**\- for our office in **Surco**: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role. * Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and virtualization. * Microsoft, Microsoft Azure, including VMs, Active Directory and M 3 6 5\. Networking and Connectivity. * Experience with networks (Switching, Routing, Wireless) and SD\-WAN. Infrastructure and Servers. * Back Office Services (Microsoft), Active Directory (ADDS, GPOs, FSMO Roles), DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server, RDS, IIS and WSUS. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Infrastructure and Connectivity: Design, implement and manage networks, servers, databases, active directory, telecommunications and remote access, ensuring availability, performance and security. * Technical Support and Incidents: Provide high\-level technical support, resolve critical incidents, and coordinate maintenance with vendors. * Communication Services: Manage WAN, LAN, VSAT, radio links, email, messaging, IP telephony and videoconferencing services to ensure availability. * Continuous Improvement and Reporting: Advise on new technologies, manage infrastructure acquisitions, comply with regulations, and prepare periodic reports.
