**WORK LOCATION: LIMA CITY CENTER** **REQUIREMENTS AND PROFILE:** * Live in areas adjacent to the center of Lima. * Must have immediate availability. * Responsible and always alert. * Able to remain calm, sometimes even under difficult situations. * Attentive and courteous, demonstrating good communication skills and confidentiality. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Conflict management skills. * Communication skills. * Availability to work in the center of Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform basic cleaning tasks at the facility. * Carry out flyer distribution and towing tasks. * Perform surveillance duties. * Invite potential customers entering the facility. * Assist in other assigned or requested tasks. * Conduct identity checks at access points or within the facility. * Maintain order, ensuring comfort and safety for customers and staff. * Monitor entry and exit of suppliers. * Follow and enforce security protocols. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with corresponding benefits. * Work certificate.
