General Technical Knowledge · Reading of drawings from all specialties (ARQ–EST–SAN–ELEC–MEC). · Quantities: areas, volumes, takeoffs, material lists, and measurements from BIM. · Preparation of unit prices (ACU) and productivity analysis. · Budgets for technical files and construction projects. · Valuations, cost control, and cash flow. · Construction scheduling using Critical Path Method (CPM). · Knowledge of Lean Construction and weekly planning (Last Planner). · Applicable Peruvian regulations (RNE, OSCE, sector-specific). · Risk and change management on site (basic). 2\. Software Knowledge (Essential + Desirable) · Cost and Budgeting · zS10 Costos y Presupuestos (Neodata). · Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, arrays, macros). · Construction Scheduling · MS Project (scheduling, critical path, tracking). · Primavera P6 (control of medium and large-scale projects). · PSTA (Programming by Sectors, Tasks, and Activities / Takt Planning adapted): · Approach for repetitive works or multiple work fronts. · Sequential planning by zones and rhythms. · Integration with Last Planner and weekly control. · Very useful in buildings such as schools, hospitals, shopping centers, housing, and offices. · Design, Quantity Takeoffs, and BIM · AutoCAD (editing and quantity takeoffs). · Revit (quantity extraction, basic coordination). · Navisworks (interference detection and 3D review). · Analysis and Reporting · Power BI (cost dashboards, S-curves, project KPIs). · Document management software (SharePoint, Teams, Procore, or others). 3\.
