





We are seeking a Community Manager with design and copywriting skills to join the team of a law firm. We are looking for an organized, creative individual with professional judgment. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media and/or community management within professional services companies. * Advanced proficiency in design and editing tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. * Proficiency in digital analytics and social media management tools. * Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite and content scheduling tools. * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Creativity, organization, and punctuality. * Knowledge of email marketing and digital tools (desirable). * Availability for on-site work in Surco. **Key Responsibilities:** * Social media management: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. * Schedule and publish content calendars across various social media platforms. * Respond to messages and comments promptly, courteously, and effectively. * Develop strategies to increase organic reach. * Create visual assets for social media, campaigns, and WhatsApp. * Design commercial presentations, sales materials, and banners. * Create corporate visual assets. * Create merchandising materials. * Write strategic, brand-consistent copy aligned with each brand’s identity. * Support copywriting for posts and commercial materials. * Measure content performance and organic growth. * Deliver weekly/monthly reports on metrics and improvement proposals. * Analyze competitors and present insights on social media trends and opportunities. * Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital strategies. * Perform other duties assigned by management related to social media management and digital strategies.
