**Academic Background**: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering. (Graduated and Licensed) **Knowledge:** Course in MS – Project, Commercial Management. **Proven Experience:** 2 years of experience in similar positions **Responsibilities:** Lead and organize the technical activities of the solutions management, covering all technical solution lines. **Specific Functions:** * Prepare commercial technical proposals for the company's various technical solutions * Develop technical specifications and drawings. * Supervise operational work of technical personnel under their charge in workshops and field operations. * Carry out comprehensive management and supervision of installation and commissioning of equipment supplied to customers. * Prepare reports and testing protocols of supplies for customers. * Coordinate with logistics, sales, and warehouse departments regarding services to be executed. * Supervise and validate product release before dispatch to the customer. * Coordinate with the customer after dispatch to confirm product acceptance. * Conduct routine equipment testing. * Influence and ensure profitability of solutions implemented for customers, meeting company-established margins. * Frequently coordinate with the commercial department regarding new customer requests. * Monitor assigned personnel by requesting progress reports and performance indicators. * Present to the solutions management the status of orders and technical solutions under their responsibility. * Evaluate with the solutions management the valuation of current orders and prospects. * Efficiently organize resources assigned under their responsibility. * Support solid waste management and recycling initiatives within the company, along with necessary environmental protection measures. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and mandatory use of provided safety equipment. * Act with principles of confidentiality. * Perform other duties assigned by the Solutions Manager. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary on payroll with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, social security, life insurance, SCTR). * Opportunities for growth and development. **IMPORTANT:** **Indicate your salary expectations to be considered in the process.** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month Application question(s): * What are your salary expectations?
