





Our company dedicated to wholesale and retail sales of parts, components, and accessories for motor vehicles is seeking a candidate for the **HR ASSISTANT** position. REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant handling payroll processing. · Graduates or technical professionals in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Knowledge of labor legislation. · Intermediate level in Excel. · Availability to work in Surco. · Committed, responsible, and willing to assist as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Carry out recruitment and selection processes. · Request account openings and salary payments. · Request and manage subsidies through ESSALUD. · Prepare and follow up on contract renewals. · Make payments to AFP and ONP. · Perform other HR-related tasks. · Complete additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. WORKING CONDITIONS: · Monthly salary of S/ 1,500 on payroll starting from the first day. · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. · Biweekly payments.
