Main Responsibilities Participate in the planning, evaluation, and execution of innovation projects related to products, processes, packaging, technologies, and sustainability. Support the technical and economic validation of new products, prototypes, or process improvements. Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, sales, operations, etc.) for the implementation and testing of pilot projects. Prepare progress reports, technical presentations, and proposals for management. Collaborate in managing suppliers, materials, testing, and project schedules. Requirements **Academic Background:** Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Agroindustrial Engineering, Food Industries, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in innovation projects, product development, or industrial process improvement (preferably in the agroindustrial or food sector). **Technical Skills:** Project formulation and management.
