At **2M\&Z SAC** we are currently looking for a **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** with the following profile. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education level: Technical studies, graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of INTERMEDIATE EXCEL (essential). * Knowledge of logistics and operations. * Knowledge of procurement management. * Proven experience of more than 1 year in the position. * Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Request quotations for various purchasing requirements from all company departments. * Prepare purchase and service orders. * Negotiate with suppliers and follow up on invoices issued by suppliers. * Organize pending payments for purchases. Supplier homologation. * Assist in implementing purchasing budgets, measurement, and preparation of departmental indicators. * Perform delivery and collection tasks for goods and supplies. * Maintain proper control of PPE, tools, and materials. * Assist in updating inventory Kardex records. * Keep digital records and vehicle fleet movement logs up to date. * Support immediate supervisor. **SKILLS:** * Negotiation ability and capacity to provide immediate solutions.
