




FUNCTIONS: Coordinate the agenda, meetings and management activities. Follow up on agreements, projects and priority topics for management. Manage documents, presentations, communications and reports required by management. Support the organization of events, conferences, trips or activities in which management participates. Provide administrative and logistical support, ensuring order and efficiency in each assigned task. Act as a coordination liaison between management and other internal areas or external parties when required. **Requirements** Graduate in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Communications or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a management assistant, personal assistant or executive support. Proficiency in Office tools and Google Workspace. Excellent writing skills, professional demeanor, and high level of confidentiality. Availability for occasional travel (events, representations, meetings).
