At **Paltarumi S.A.C.**, a leading plant in gold mineral processing, we are seeking a professional to fill this position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate or technical professional in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge in issuing and handling accounting documents (sender and carrier shipping guides). * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Scale Operator, dispatch, administrative roles, or similar. * Availability to work under a 14x7 shift regime. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Weigh and record all vehicles entering and leaving the plant (minerals, supplies, waste, concentrate, etc.). * Review, verify, and accurately register sender and carrier shipping guides from mineral suppliers. * Compile and close files with complete verifications and/or authorizations, delivering them promptly to the compliance department. * Inform the operations team about the arrival, type, and measurement unit of all minerals to determine unloading locations. * Timely manage new shipping guides if any discrepancies are found. * Provide guidance and support to mining suppliers regarding inquiries about their mineral processing. * Register, code, and deliver reference and batch mineral samples to the laboratory for analysis. * Maintain sample organization (dispute-witness samples) according to assigned dates. * Prepare daily reports and strictly send them to the respective personnel at designated times and at the end of each shift. * Fill out physical shipping guides and/or create electronic guides on the SUNAT portal. **BENEFITS:** * Benefits as per legal requirements. * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation.
