At **Paltarumi S.A.C.**, a leading plant in gold mineral processing, we are seeking a qualified professional to fill this position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate or technical specialist in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of issuing and managing accounting documents (sender and carrier waybills). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scale Operator, in dispatch, administrative roles, or related positions. * Availability to work under a 14x7 work schedule. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Weigh and record all vehicles entering and exiting the plant (minerals, supplies, waste, concentrate, etc.). * Review, verify, and accurately record sender and carrier waybills from mineral suppliers. * Compile and close files with complete verifications and/or authorizations, delivering them promptly to the Compliance Department. * Notify the Operations Department of the arrival, type, and unit of measurement of all minerals to determine unloading locations. * Timely manage new waybills in case existing ones are rejected. * Provide guidance and support to mineral suppliers regarding inquiries about their mineral processing. * Register, code, and deliver reference and batch mineral samples to the laboratory for analysis. * Maintain sample order (discrepancy/witness samples) according to assigned dates. * Prepare daily reports and submit them strictly to the designated recipient at specified times and at the end of each shift. * Complete physical waybills and/or generate electronic waybills via the SUNAT portal. **BENEFITS:** * Statutory benefits. * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation.
