





A five-star hotel company is seeking to hire a graduate in Hospitality and Tourism for its staff: * Completed studies in Bar and Mixology. * Minimum 6 months of experience in prestigious bars. * Customer service and guest relations techniques. * Intermediate English (Mandatory). * Preparation of various types of cocktails. * Availability to work afternoon–night shifts. * Intermittent employment modality. ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform mise en place for the bar area according to beverage menu requirements, storage guidelines, and compliance with health regulations and company specifications. * Prepare beverages using mixology techniques, adhering to technical specifications, health regulations, and company standards. * Ensure thorough washing and polishing of glassware and bar utensils using appropriate cleaning products, in compliance with health regulations and establishment standards. * Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation, production processes, brands, and origins. * Conduct daily beverage inventory to maintain continuous stock control. * Carry out other duties as deemed necessary by management. ***Benefits:*** * Formal employment registration from the first day. * Benefits in accordance with applicable law. * Points-based compensation. * Meal allowance.
