




Hello, we are **LA PETITE 1223** Café and we are looking for: **PASTRY CHEF** Responsibilities: \- Prepare cakes, desserts, cookies, tarts, muffins, brownies and other items listed on the menu. \- Prepare bases, creams, fillings, and doughs using proper techniques. \- Perform daily mise en place for production (weighing, organization, and pre-preparation). \- Execute recipes following exact measurements and defined processes. \- Inventory and materials control. \- Place orders to suppliers. \- Maintain constant and thorough cleaning of the work area, including equipment used (blenders, refrigerators, freezers, mixers, work tables, etc). \- Decorate desserts to uniform standards (appearance, portion size, presentation). \- Supervise and train pastry assistant. \- Proper management of work area and time. \- Implement PHS and BPMA (Hygiene and Sanitation Program, Good Food Handling Practices). \- Labeling and proper rotation of supplies. \- Ability to propose new desserts, flavors, or presentations. Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Punctuality and efficiency in work. \- Ability to manage time and sense of urgency. \- MANDATORY completed studies in Pastry Arts. Must be verifiable. \- Support all tasks requested by immediate supervisor. \- Promote a positive work environment based on collaboration, respect, and productivity. \- Must reside in nearby districts (Chorrillos, San Juan de Miraflores, VES, Surco).
