Key Responsibilities: Position Purpose Mobilize and energize the network of change agents (volunteers), community-based organizations, strengthened and empowered to promote development with a focus on the well-being and protection of the most vulnerable children, through spiritual nutrition activities, compliance with sponsorship standards, and the promotion of transformed relationships among registered children while keeping the promise to sponsors. Requirements: Education* University or technical training in Social Sciences, Education, Agronomy or related fields Experience* Two years of experience in technical positions, implementing community development projects in rural areas (strengthening community-based organizations and other partners such as teachers, water committees, health staff, volunteers). * Proven experience in management processes, resource mobilization and coordination with local actors * Ability to operate a motorcycle and valid driver's license World Vision's absolute priority is to protect children, vulnerable communities and our own staff.
