Job Summary: We are seeking proactive Security Assistants to monitor facilities, control access, and prevent risks in a recreational environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Facility surveillance and access control 2. Risk prevention and incident logging 3. Promotion of social, recreational, and sports activities At the Club de Regatas Lima, a non-profit association dedicated to promoting social, recreational, and sports activities, we are looking for Security Assistants to join the team at our La Cantuta branch. What qualifications do we seek? Education: Completed secondary education. Experience: At least 3 months of facility surveillance experience, preferably in clubs, hotels, or recreational centers. Residence: Living in areas adjacent to Lurigancho-Chosica or having availability to work at Km 32 of the Central Highway. Availability to work weekends and holidays (1 day off per week). Service-oriented attitude, integrity, and proactivity. Main Responsibilities: Access Control: Supervise entry and exit of people and vehicles, ensuring only members and authorized personnel access the branch. Facility Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols to safeguard infrastructure integrity and ensure the safety of attendees in common areas. Provide guidance and assistance for any inquiries. Risk Prevention: Identify and report unsafe conditions or behaviors violating internal regulations. Incident Logging: Prepare daily reports and logs documenting relevant events during the shift. Perform other operational duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to ensure quality service to members.
