Job Summary: We are seeking proactive, service-oriented Security Assistants to supervise access points, monitor facilities, and prevent risks at our club. Key Highlights: 1. Risk prevention and incident reporting At the Club de Regatas Lima—a nonprofit association dedicated to promoting social, recreational, and sports activities—we are looking for Security Assistants to join the team at our La Cantuta branch. What qualifications do we seek? Education: Completed secondary education. Experience: Minimum 3 months of facility surveillance experience, preferably in clubs, hotels, or recreational centers. Residence: Living in areas adjacent to Lurigancho-Chosica or availability to work at Km 32 of the Central Highway. Availability to work weekends and holidays (one day off per week). Service-oriented attitude, integrity, and proactivity. Main Responsibilities: Access Control: Monitor entry and exit of people and vehicles, ensuring only members and authorized personnel gain access to the branch. Facility Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols to safeguard infrastructure integrity and ensure the safety of attendees in common areas. Provide guidance and assistance in response to any inquiries. Risk Prevention: Identify and report unsafe conditions or behaviors violating internal regulations. Incident Reporting: Prepare daily reports and logs documenting relevant events occurring during the shift. Carry out other operational duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to ensure quality service to members.
