This role is critical for supervising and optimizing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and achievement of company objectives. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the operations team. Analyze work processes and propose improvements. Oversee service and product quality. Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems. Prior experience working with Parihuelas Repair Operators (Desirable) Management of at least 40 personnel. Requirements: Previous experience as Production Supervisor Knowledge of operational and management practices. Ability to lead and motivate the team. Analytical skills to optimize processes. Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree Availability for weekly rotating shifts, with rotating days off.
