REQUIREMENT: Inventory Analyst (01) – PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR COMPANY

AXIERTA S.A.C. is seeking a professional responsible for monitoring and optimizing inventory stock levels within the company, ensuring product availability and preventing both stockouts and inventory overstock. Candidates must have a background in Administration, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with specialization in inventory management (currently completing final cycles, Bachelor's degree holder, or fully graduated).
Requirements:
- Knowledge of invoicing (preferably within the pharmaceutical sector)
- Data analysis
- Strong coordination skills
- Organization and planning
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain
- Availability to work full-time in the Huachipa area
- ERP system proficiency
Responsibilities:
Inventory Control and Recording:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory stock using inventory management systems (WMS, ERP), ensuring data integrity.
Tracking of Movements:
Monitor incoming and outgoing products, materials, and raw materials, recording each transaction.
Data Analysis:
Conduct inventory analysis to identify trends, forecast future demand, detect obsolescence, and optimize stock levels.
Planning and Optimization:
Develop strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing costs while avoiding stockouts or excess inventory.
Quality Control:
Ensure products meet quality standards by verifying rotation of products with expiration dates and applying the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle.
Reporting:
Generate periodic reports on inventory status, turnover, obsolescence, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
Problem Investigation and Resolution:
Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and propose solutions to prevent future inconsistencies.
Cross-departmental Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and sales departments to optimize inventory management and supply chain operations.
Returns and Obsolete Product Management:
Coordinate reverse logistics, including handling returns and disposal of obsolete or damaged products.
