We are currently seeking new personnel to fill the position of Sales Assistant to carry out the following responsibilities: **Preparation of quotes and budgets:** Prepare and send commercial offers and budgets to customers; monthly preparation of profit summaries for each work order. **Order management:** Process customer orders, notify the respective department for invoicing, and issue shipping guides. **Sales follow-up:** Maintain sales records, track quotations and contracts, and update the customer database. **Report preparation:** Create sales reports and statistics for management or the sales team. **Document management:** Archive relevant documents such as customer budgets. **Internal coordination:** Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as production, warehouse, logistics, and administration to ensure product delivery.
