Job Summary: GMI - Integrated Mining Management seeks a Scaler Operator to deliver mining management and operations services, performing bench scaling, drilling, and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in mining management and operations services. 2. Performs bench scaling and drilling using light machinery. 3. Inspects and maintains equipment, including electrical systems and brakes. At GMI - Integrated Mining Management, a company dedicated to delivering mining management and operations services, we are currently seeking: SCALER OPERATOR Responsibilities Receive work orders from the mine supervisor to properly execute tasks jointly with other personnel inside the elevator basket, including bench scaling, drilling with light machinery, bolt installation, mesh placement, pipe standardization, etc. Conduct equipment checklist, verifying oil levels, tires, electrical system, brakes, coolant, reverse lights, headlights, hazard lights, fire extinguisher, horn, and remote control functionality if required. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Valid Class A1 driver's license. Minimum 2 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator in mining. Conditions: Availability to work in the central region under a 14-days-on/7-days-off work schedule. Permanent employment contract with all statutory benefits. Transportation service provided from strategic locations for staff entry and exit.
