**Producmedic**, a company dedicated to the importation and distribution of medical and orthopedic products, is seeking a **Logistics Supervisor** to lead and ensure the proper functioning of the department’s operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the intake process of imported goods, verifying quantities, product codes, and condition. * Manage warehouse organization, storage, stock rotation, and inventory control. * Conduct and supervise periodic inventories, identifying and reporting discrepancies. * Coordinate order preparation, prioritization, and dispatch in collaboration with the retail and wholesale commercial departments. * Organize transportation routes and methods, track deliveries, and resolve incidents. * Supervise and train team members. * Manage logistics documentation (waybills, invoices, receipts, and reports). * Propose process improvements, response-time enhancements, and internal controls for the department. **We Offer** * Employment with a formal and growing company. * Training in medical and orthopedic products. * Opportunities for professional development. * Formal employment registration. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or bachelor’s degree in **Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in logistics, warehousing, or distribution. * Proven expertise in **goods receipt, inventory control, and order dispatch**. * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency** (stock control, reporting). * Experience coordinating with commercial departments and transportation providers. * Strong **organizational skills, operational leadership, and process control capabilities**. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Availability for on-site work.
