We are looking for a **dedicated logistics assistant** to be part of the operational core of ZVENTS. This person will be responsible for supporting all stages of corporate events, including preparation, execution, and wrap-up, by coordinating materials, transportation, setup, and breakdown, working closely with production, animation, and vendors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the logistical setup of each event from the office and on-site. * Supervise the transportation of materials, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation. * Manage material inventory before and after each event. * Assist in setting up and dismantling stations, tents, game zones, etc. * Handle unexpected logistical issues and provide support to production during events. * Coordinate with transportation providers, warehouses, printing services, and other suppliers. * Participate in planning meetings with the production team. **Requirements:** * Class A1 driver's license. * Previous experience in events, warehousing, installations, logistical coordination, or transportation (desirable). * Excellent attitude, commitment, and punctuality. * Ability to solve problems under pressure. * Good physical condition and willingness to work long, active shifts. **We Offer:** * Join a young, dynamic, and passionate team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences. * Ongoing training in event logistics and field production. * Lunch, transportation, and snacks covered during events. * Statutory benefits and job stability.
