Job Summary: We are seeking 02 Junior Cooks responsible for food preparation, inventory management of supplies, and maintaining hygiene in the dining area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for preparing dinner meals and developing dietary plans 2. Responsible for managing raw materials and inventory control 3. Maintaining cleanliness and disinfection of the work environment We are a food concessionaire seeking 02 Junior Cooks for dining facilities located in Caral and Chiclayo. **Responsibilities:** **Caral Site** * Responsible for preparing raw materials according to the weekly dinner schedule. * Responsible for preparing the warehouse supply withdrawal list for food preparations as required (Withdrawal Slip). * Responsible for preparing and serving dinner. * Responsible for developing dietary plans. * Performs general cleaning of the work area (pre-preparation tables, kitchen tables, etc.) together with the general assistant at the end of the shift. * Cleans and disinfects general areas, kitchen utensils, and equipment together with the kitchen assistant. * Responsible for completing production, quality, and safety records. * Responsible for warehouse purification prior to raw material intake, conducted jointly with the general assistant on the days before delivery. * Assists in cleaning pre-preparation shelves, labeling all opened or transferred products, etc. * Transports supplies from warehouses to the kitchen area according to the menu schedule, together with the kitchen assistant and/or general assistant. * Collects trays in collaboration with the general assistant, if necessary. **BENEFITS:** * Payroll enrollment on Day One * Statutory deductions * General Regime * Family Allowance **REQUIREMENTS:** One year of experience in food concessionaires. **WORK HOURS** 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (CARAL), rotating shifts Monday to Saturday **CONTACT: 997695892** Salary: S/.1,900\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
