





Requirements: * Technicians in metallurgical processes and/or Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in flotation. * Immediate availability to work under an atypical 14x7 schedule. * Experience in polymetallic processing plants. (MANDATORY) Responsibilities: * Maintain grade and recovery within established parameters. * Perform practical mineral verification in flotation via “plating” (manual washing) at specified time intervals. * Adjust air valves on flotation cells to maintain consistent flotation. * Keep reagent distribution tanks full; also monitor and report reagent consumption hourly. * Inspect for and prevent pulp and reagent spills, reporting daily reagent consumption. * Clear pipe and impeller blockages when necessary. * Monitor air volume and agitation in flotation cells, as well as foam column heights across different cells. * Control dosing of reagents—including activators, frothers, and collectors—using a graduated cylinder for each sample, reporting hourly. * Operate automatic gates according to the desired pulp level. * Monitor pulp levels and densities; additionally, verify calibration of reagent dosers. * Coordinate reagent adjustments in response to metallurgical issues.
