Weigh fluxes and perform lithargy processes, as well as operate industrial furnaces. Perform packaging, grinding, and other production processes. Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area. Comply with industrial safety standards and internal procedures. **Requirements:** Minimum education: Completed secondary school. Experience in industrial production or similar processes (preferred). Availability to work full-time, Monday through Saturday. Availability to work at our locations in Ancón and Puente Piedra.
