Job Summary: We are seeking Electrical Technicians and Project Engineers with experience in industrial control, reading electrical drawings, and supervising projects in industrial plants. Electrical Technicians with over 2 years of experience. Knowledge of industrial control and reading of electrical drawings. Responsibilities: a) Understand and apply fundamental electricity concepts—including direct current (DC), alternating current (AC), calculation of test currents, cable ampacity, electrical circuit analysis, and the International System of Units (SI)—using electrical drawings as a reference. b) Use multimeters and measurement equipment to collect and correlate data on electrical circuits within panels during manufacturing or maintenance. c) Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings—including their symbols and load capacity—with support from the Project Engineer. d) Carry out all activities scheduled by the Project Engineer. e) Prepare the list of materials and tools required to perform the assigned tasks. f) Verify the condition of equipment or machinery to be used in the project. g) Submit daily work reports in accordance with the established work schedule. h) Comply with SSOMA instructions for all activities. i) Availability to provide services at various industrial plants in Lima and provinces. j) Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. k) *Comply with established procedures.* **Project Engineer** Salary: 2000 to 2500 Graduate Engineer in Electrical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience; knowledge of mechanics, electricity, instrumentation, and industrial control. Required for supervision and management of projects involving electrical and instrumentation installations, electromechanical assembly, and fabrication of distribution, control, and power electrical panels. **PROFILE AND COMPETENCY SUMMARY FOR THE PROJECT ENGINEER POSITION** Experience in supervision, leadership of work teams, and detailed mechanical-electrical, instrumentation, and control engineering design in industrial plants. High sense of responsibility for assigned tasks in industrial plants. Strong personal values including punctuality, responsibility, honesty, discipline, etc. Project management knowledge, preferably with PMI certifications. **Competencies** 1\. Core: a) Development of technical documentation for conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering in mechanics/electricity, instrumentation, and industrial control. b) Proficiency in reading electrical and control drawings. c) Knowledge of electrical and electromechanical installation and assembly. d) Installation of instrumentation, pneumatic, and electrical systems. e) Fabrication of power and control panels. f) Preparation of budgets and quantity take-offs. g) Proficiency/knowledge of MS Office software and computer-aided drawing (CAD) tools. h) Preparation of quality dossiers (test protocols, site diaries, “as-built” drawing updates, technical reports, etc.). 2\. Desirable: a) Experience in installation and commissioning of industrial controllers. b) Implementation of industrial networks. c) Evidence of having completed courses in instrumentation and automatic control.
