If you possess the qualities and drive to lead teams, positions are ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** **EDUCATION:** Completed secondary education **EXPERIENCE** Preferably at least one year of experience in similar roles within industrial companies. **ROLE \- PURPOSE** Properly condition and recondition products while handling documentation required by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** This description reflects the essential responsibilities, functions, and competencies of this position. Additional responsibilities and/or duties appropriate to the role may be assigned as deemed necessary. * Clear the production line in your conditioning area. * Perform operational tasks such as: fitting, labeling, bagging, sealing bags, and sleeving. * Follow established procedures and comply with GMP. * Record all aspects related to the conditioning or reconditioning process in the conditioning and reconditioning log. * Prepare materials on the conditioning and reconditioning line prior to initiating the process. * Report any difficulties encountered during operations or inspections, or equipment defects used in the conditioning and reconditioning process, to the Production Supervisor. * Operate equipment appropriately to maintain it in good working condition. * Keep the work area clean and organized. + Perform packaging of conditioned products when assigned; for this purpose, ensure: verifying that the product meets the physical specifications requested by the customer — e.g., batch code, labels, expiration date, etc. + Notify the Quality Control Supervisor to verify quantities to be packaged and obtain acceptance; then close the boxes. + Assemble the pallets and report the number of conditioned units. + Deliver pallets to the warehouse handler. + Always use the safety equipment assigned to your process. + Maintain concentration and avoid exposure to hazards in conditioning areas. + Do not use inappropriate tools on production lines nor handle materials without proper protection as designated by assigned processes. + Comply with procedures outlined in GMP. + Report punctually to your assigned workstation. + Do not leave your post before the process is fully completed. + Carry out assigned tasks with full concentration required for the position to produce quality goods, avoiding rework or rejection by Quality. * Other duties not otherwise specified, explicitly assigned upon request by the employer or direct supervisor. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Perform duties in the districts of Punta Hermosa and/or Lurín (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:48 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM).
