




**MAFISA MOTORS S.A.C**., a company in the automotive sector, is looking for new talent to fill the position of **FLEET SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- University graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. \- Knowledge in automotive mechanics (ESSENTIAL) \- Knowledge in heavy fleet management, personnel management, and fleet indicators. \- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fleet Supervisor or Coordinator. \- Experience in maintenance of SCANIA Mercedes dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and yellow line equipment. \- Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook). \- Availability to travel. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure fleet operability, efficiency, and safety by supervising, coordinating, and controlling the activities of the mechanical team to guarantee proper vehicle repair and maintenance, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with the technical and safety standards established by the company. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Supervise compliance with technical procedures during vehicle repair and maintenance due to failures. Maintain documentation control of completed work. \- Plan, coordinate, and control work execution to ensure adherence to maintenance plans. \- Supervise, train, and direct personnel responsible for operating and maintaining the vehicle fleet. \- Coordinate with technicians in each province regarding spare parts and supply requirements, following up at every stage from request to spare part arrival. \- Keep fleet management KPIs updated, develop improvement action plans, and prepare presentations for the client. \- Review and analyze daily reports on unit operations and incidents, as well as services, to ensure service continuity and appropriate decision-making. \- Ensure compliance with safety policies, correct use of PPE, and incident reporting. \- Coordinate mechanical assistance activities across different bases and prepare technical reports for any event. \- Supervise logistical management to address any needs related to equipment and tools, materials used by technicians at each base (province).
