





**Position Purpose** Ensure the proper functioning, updating, and continuous improvement of the Benjamin Franklin Corporation's institutional website, guaranteeing optimal navigation, security, and an attractive user experience. Additionally, integrate digital solutions such as secure payment gateways and graphic elements that strengthen the corporate image and user interaction. **Main Responsibilities** **Website Maintenance** * Periodically update informational content, images, and website sections. * Verify site availability, speed, and security. * Implement technical improvements to optimize performance and usability. **Technological Integration** * Configure and maintain **secure payment gateways** (e.g., Niubiz, Culqi, among others). * Integrate contact forms, registration systems, and web analytics tools. * Monitor site compatibility across different devices and browsers. **Design and User Experience (UX/UI)** * Design or adapt graphic and visual elements consistent with the corporation's identity. * Improve the **information architecture** and user navigation flow. * Ensure the site is intuitive, attractive, and accessible. **Collaboration and Support** * Coordinate with the communications and marketing team to maintain visual and messaging consistency. * Provide basic technical support regarding website usage to internal departments. * Propose strategic improvements in design, content, and technology. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or professional degree in Systems, Web Design, Digital Communication, or related fields. * **Experience:** At least 1 year in website maintenance and/or UX/UI design. * **Technical Skills:** * CMS (WordPress, Joomla, or similar). * Basic programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * Payment gateway integration. * Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva). * UX/UI principles and responsive design. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Ability to learn and continuously update skills. * Creativity and user orientation. * Effective communication and collaborative work. * Responsibility and proactivity. **Additional Recommendations** To ensure effective website maintenance and continuous improvement of the digital experience, it is recommended: * Implement a **monthly plan for site updates and audits.** * Establish a **web metrics dashboard** (Google Analytics, Search Console). * Define a **digital identity manual** to guide future visual improvements. * Evaluate incorporating **automations** or integrations with CRM or educational platforms if the corporation offers courses or programs.
