Position Summary: METAL STRUCTURES QUALITY ASSISTANT responsible for inspecting products, coordinating tests, verifying standards, and maintaining quality records. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in quality inspection of metal structures. 2. Coordination of welding and dye-penetrant testing. 3. Knowledge of AWS (Welding) and AISC. **MC METCO SAC** is seeking to hire a **METAL STRUCTURES QUALITY ASSISTANT**. Responsibilities: * Inspect subcontracted/sub-assembled products to verify and approve compliance according to established requirements and control points. * Coordinate with production to execute welding and dye-penetrant inspection tests. * Verify compliance with requirements and standards established in the manufacturing and/or assembly process. * Ensure measurement equipment and other tools are operational (so as not to affect product quality) and provide reliability for tracking and measurement. * Complete and retain records for compiling the quality dossier, reports, statistics, etc. Requirements: * Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineer; Technical Graduate; Bachelor's or Degree holder. * Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance for metal structures. * Knowledge of AWS (Welding) and AISC. * Willingness to work in Ancón.
