REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Three years of experience in the retail sector performing similar duties. \- Advanced Excel proficiency. \- Decision-making and communication skills. \- Leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise warehouse operational processes, including receiving, sorting, storage, picking, and dispatching. \- Manage warehouse inventory. \- Conduct comprehensive inventories and cyclical counts. \- Lead, control, evaluate, and monitor assigned personnel. \- Issue invoices, receipts, shipping guides, and weight-and-measurement certificates. \- Supervise and control goods entering (container arrivals) and leaving the warehouse. \- Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. \- Maintain continuous and effective communication with department heads to report progress on their requests.
