




**REQUIREMENTS**: · Technical degree in Accounting or related field · Intermediate level of office software skills · Experience using accounting systems (Siscont preferred) · Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting tasks · Knowledge of purchase registration, sales registration, invoicing, payment voucher handling, and withholdings · Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm · Must reside in districts near Puente Piedra · Market-based compensation - subject to evaluation · Immediate availability **RESPONSIBILITIES**: · Record purchase and sales invoices in the accounting system. · Issue electronic invoices, credit notes, and other receipts · Review purchase invoices or receipts for validity · Review accounts receivable and send collection emails to customers · Download and print invoices · Prepare and maintain updated physical and digital accounting records · Assist in preparing documentation for client delivery \- Print receipts and assist in distributing them to staff · Perform other duties assigned within the scope of responsibilities **Competencies required for the position**: · Punctuality· Planning and organization· Persuasiveness· Analytical skills· Empathy· Proactivity· Resilience· Assertive communication· Responsibility.
