We are looking for a Superstar like you, focused on our customers and wanting to have the best day, every day ... **Role Purpose:** Manage, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and/or claims related to their billing for the various services provided by the organization, delivering high quality standards by applying procedures and policies related to the process. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that multi-channel customer inquiries are promptly addressed in alignment with established standards: handling incoming calls and emails. * Provide professional and high-quality customer service according to DHL standards. * Actively promote self-service functionalities and/or ensure that the customer inquiry is structurally resolved to prevent recurrence. * Operate internal systems such as SAP, Local Billing System, and Gema for both Express and Customs business. Likewise, accurately record inquiries in SAP. * Prepare reports and analysis of various KPIs within the Query Handling area. * Manage the customer escalation process when it occurs and take ownership of its resolution. * Act as a subject matter expert regarding accounts receivable billing. * Contribute to and foster an excellent work environment within the team to ensure high performance. **Requirements**: * Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting and billing processes. * Basic knowledge of accounting and billing processes. * Advanced level in Office. * Intermediate level in English. **Legal Entity for Posting** DHL Express Peru S.A.C.
