We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **SALES ASSISTANT.** * Support the sales representative in preparing quotations and sending information to clients (brochures, technical sheets, manuals, cover letters, or other sales support documents). * Respond to quotation requests received via the sales email and provide timely responses to all parties involved. * Maintain control over quotations and be capable of independently preparing them. * Answer phone calls and forward complaints or special requests to the appropriate departments. * Conduct searches on SEACE, Perú Compras, regional government and municipal websites, and register the company in processes where we offer suitable products. * Alternatively, search for procurement processes related to goods and services on platforms such as UNOPS, IDB, World Bank, and NGOs. * Prepare documentary files for public and private sales when required (notarized declarations, completion of annexes, collection of invoices, legal representative's signatures, and file organization). * Perform numbering, scanning, and digital submission of documentation for public tenders (in-person submissions are the responsibility of the sales representative, unless the assistant is requested to attend the public event). * Monitor the results of different stages of public procurement processes. * Process purchase orders from the sales department and coordinate with relevant teams. * Send reminders to clients regarding scheduled visits, product deliveries, training sessions, or any other relevant information in support of the sales representative. * Assist the business development department in preparing project documentation. **Requirements:** * Degree in biomedical engineering, electronic engineering, business administration, marketing, international business, or related fields within the healthcare sector. * Minimum of 4 years of verified experience in the medical industry (medical equipment, healthcare solutions), and/or consultative sales to hospitals, clinics, construction companies, system integrators, and regional governments. * Basic English language skills. * Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Power BI. * Experience with public procurement (OSCE / SEACE). * Experience managing high-performance teams. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with full labor rights. * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, etc.). * Corporate agreements with partner companies. * Opportunities for professional growth.
