




Our corporate companies are looking for a Billing and Collections Assistant. **Requirements** Graduates with a technical degree in administration or related fields. Must have at least 02 years of experience in corporate billing and corporate collections management. Knowledge of ERP systems. Intermediate level Excel skills, including pivot tables for report generation. **Responsibilities** · Issue electronic payment receipts (including the SUNAT portal), coordinated with requesting departments (sales, logistics, etc.) · Monitor and verify electronically issued payment receipts. · Upload payment receipts to respective client platforms (invoices, delivery notes, entry sheets and/or work or service acceptance confirmations). · Submit weekly Billing / Collections reports. · Perform daily accounts receivable collection management (active and overdue) and record confirmed daily payments in the system and banks.
