We are looking for a proactive **Logistics Operations Associate** with strong learning ability and **excellent command of English**. The position will directly support cross-border e-commerce operations by coordinating customs, warehouses, last-mile delivery, and interdepartmental communication, ensuring an agile and efficient logistics flow. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily operations, including **tracking customs clearance, warehouse intake and classification, and last-mile delivery**. * Maintain efficient communication with **customs brokers, warehouse teams, and last-mile couriers**, resolving issues as they arise. * Receive and manage documents such as pre\-alerts, air waybills, invoices, receipts, BOL, POD, among others. * Enter data into the company's internal system, track status updates, and assist in reporting. * Coordinate with various internal departments to optimize processes and improve service quality. * Gradually take on additional operational and coordination tasks with provided training. **Requirements** * **Advanced English (spoken and written)**, essential for communication with the international team. * University or technical graduate (any field; logistics, international trade, or business administration preferred). * No prior experience required; the company provides comprehensive training. * Strong communication and organizational skills, with high responsibility and attention to detail. * Ability to adapt to a dynamic, multicultural, and multitasking environment.
