




Company dedicated to the manufacturing and installation of glass requires a PROJECT COORDINATOR Requirements: * Professional with a university degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Intermediate level knowledge and proficiency in Excel. * Experience using ERP systems. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Santiago de Surco. * Previous experience as a PROJECT COORDINATOR. **Competencies:** * Knowledge in project management and control. * Proficiency in MS Project / Excel. * Ability to write technical reports and documents. * Strong coordination and effective communication skills with clients. * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Responsibilities: * Prepare and monitor project valuations. * Develop, update, and track construction schedules. * Coordinate with clients for deliverable approvals and resolution of observations. * Manage and process project billing in coordination with the administrative department. * Prepare technical reports, letters, and formal communications related to projects. * Monitor project progress and support resource management. * Assist in preparing documentation for contracts and/or bids. * Verify compliance with project schedules. * Prepare, verify, and manage documentation for projects and handle client virtual platforms (if required). * Draft letters and reports regarding projects. * Participate in internal and external project meetings. * Receive approved project files submitted by the Sales Projects Coordinator. * Coordinate project requirements and guidelines with each department within the organization. * Coordinate with the project responsible party (site manager, site supervisor, administrative staff, or installer) the start and completion dates of installation. * Coordinate with the client and the remeasurement technician or Site Supervisor the date and time for the site visit to remeasure openings, and subsequently receive the production sketch from them. * Verify payment conditions of the budget before coordinating shipment with the client. * Coordinate with the client (via phone and/or email) the delivery date and time; schedule it and communicate this to the assigned project responsible person and the Sales Projects Coordinator. * Provide RGM and DPM (Partial Material Dispatch) records to the Works Warehouse Assistant. * Prepare project valuations. * Coordinate with the Finance department the issuance of invoices for each approved valuation, and if required, upload the invoice to the client's virtual platform or send it via email. * Coordinate through the on-site responsible person, the client's signature on the Acceptance Certificate, for subsequent submission to the Sales Projects Coordinator and Works Manager. * Assist in developing project performance indicators. * Provide the assigned Project Responsible person with copies of the Contract, TDR, ETOs, RGM, installation sketches, approved budget, RGM, and project schedule. * Keep the SICAN system updated regarding project progress. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
