Lofty Rents, a company positioned in Apartment Management, is looking for a sales executive to serve clients within the city of Lima. **Functions:** * Deliver high-impact presentations. Have the ability to create effective and dynamic presentations using PowerPoint, Prezi, or Canva. * Lead prospecting. * Close sales by offering options that meet customer requirements. * Develop and execute loyalty strategies with owner-clients. * Collaborate with the operations and customer experience team to ensure a better post-sale customer experience through online booking channels. * Convert relationships with owner-clients into sales and/or referrals. * Handle B2C sales opportunities through various channels. * Effective Communication: Excellent public speaking and writing skills, with the ability to convey messages to different types of audiences. * Sales: Knowledge of sales techniques, commercial persuasion, and negotiation.
