We are looking for a **commercial advisor** to support the sales department: KAM account executives and field sales advisors in Huachipa Gender: Indifferent Age: From 20 to 35 years old Marital Status: Indifferent Skills: Dynamic, cheerful, fluent speaker, effective communication, persuasive ability, analytical capacity, fast learning Education: Technical or higher education Knowledge: Field sales strategies and customer service; intermediate level Excel (pivot tables, dashboard) Minimum 1 year of experience as a field salesperson (desirable, not essential) Willingness to travel throughout Peru **Responsibilities:** * Support the KAM account executive in preparing agreements, plans, campaigns, quotations, and invoicing with their clients. * Present monthly reports on KAM account channels based on periodic client reports (daily and/or monthly). * Provide support during field sales team and distributor sales meetings. * Develop and execute plans to attract new distributors for the distributor channel. * Accompany the distributor's field sales force. * Train and coach sales personnel (sales advisors, promoters, and merchandisers). * Establish work plans and client follow-up for Lima and provinces; for the KAM account executive's travel schedule. * Coordinate with the sales manager and/or marketing coordinator to participate in promotional activations and field sales activities. Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with 1 hour lunch break. Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
