Also, assign, cancel, or block debit and credit cards. * Perform enrollment, maintenance, and cancellation of direct debits. * Ensure proper control of 'batch' transaction processes so they are not left incomplete, such as card cancellation before settlement. * Update and properly file customer documentation. * Sell Insurance Products such as Card Protection Insurance, Multi Insurance, and Customer Safe Withdrawal Insurance. * Carry out commercial actions and campaigns targeted at non-personalized segments and customers without assigned portfolios.
